Refund and Return Policy


Our refund and returns policy lasts 100 days. If 100 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.


In case you are not satisfied with the purchased product, please contact us with request for refund. During first 100 days will refund you full amount no questions asked.
Please note that amount will be refunded to same person who have made purchase. We may ask proof of purchase and to identify personal ID in case of need.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us again by submitting request via contact form. .

Shipping returns

In case you have made your purchase, but suddenly changed your mind, you may submit request to Revita Veda via email. If product is already shipped you just simply decline shipment and it will automatically return back to warehouse. Please note that you will be refunded back only after product will be registered back in warehouse.

In case product is damaged, broken, leakage, or any other issues, please submit us claim via email.
